1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any class offered by International Karate Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Martial Arts Training

International Karate Centre provides professional instruction in martial arts, including Karate Do, Aikikai Aikido, Kobudo, Kickboxing, Yoga, and other related programmes. Training is conducted by qualified instructors in a safe and supportive environment.

3. Student Registration

Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration process for students under the age of 18.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in martial arts training. Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns that may affect participation must be disclosed before joining classes.

International Karate Centre reserves the right to refuse participation if a student’s health condition may present a safety risk.

5. Safety During Training

Students must follow all instructions provided by instructors and comply with dojo rules at all times. Appropriate training attire and protective equipment must be worn where required.

International Karate Centre reserves the right to suspend or remove any student whose behaviour may endanger themselves or others.

6. Membership & Fees

Course fees, membership charges, grading fees, and other applicable costs must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of training until outstanding amounts are settled.

7. Class Attendance

Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to achieve consistent progress. Missed classes may only be rescheduled where permitted by the academy’s attendance policy and subject to availability.

8. Belt Grading

Promotion to higher belt levels is based on attendance, technical ability, discipline, instructor assessment, and successful completion of grading examinations. Belt promotions are not guaranteed solely based on the duration of training.

9. Pick-up & Drop-off Service

Transportation services are available in selected areas only.

Students using transportation services must:

  • Be ready at the designated pick-up location on time.

  • Follow all safety instructions during transport.

  • Respect the driver and other passengers.

Transportation schedules may change due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational requirements.

10. Photography & Media

International Karate Centre may capture photographs or videos during classes, seminars, competitions, and events for promotional or educational purposes.

If you do not wish your photographs or videos to be used, please notify us in writing before participating.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of International Karate Centre unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:
